I have been wanting to provide a sharing place for educators since the late 90's and although it's taken what seems like forever, I finally went live! So, give me suggestions for resources, tips, best practices, strategies and worksheets and I'll do my best to provide the sharing opportunities to meet your teaching needs.
The pick this week is
'elements of a story' graphic organizer. See the many activities including the sample of the task cards here.

I love your worksheets. As a grade one teacher I have found several of the worksheets very helpful and has saved me alot of time. Thank you. Look forward to seeing more.

Your worksheet place is awesome! Just love those graphic organizers, and as a teacher of primary/junior grades, I am always looking for new ways to help students organize information. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Liz
I used this last week and the kids LOVED it!!! Thank you for the great worksheets.
Thanks for the worksheets. Do you have any ideas on how to develop rounding? My students have had practical work in measuring and rounding to the nearest whole number, but have a poor understanding of rounding to the nearest 10. I am currently working with base 10 blocks, dimes and pennies, but some worksheets made by someone else would be appreciated!
